Data

What we see, what we do not see and where we keep it.

Monitoring takes trust, so we set out plainly which data we collect and which we deliberately do not.

We do not ask for passwords.

Monitoring from the outside needs no access at all. The plugin exposes a key-protected check address on your own site and we ask it for data, rather than it sending anything on its own. You hand over server access only when you order server care, and that is a separate decision, not a condition of using monitoring.

What the plugin does not send.

We transmit numbers and service states, plus the history of version changes. For administrator accounts we know the set has changed without knowing who is in it.

  • logins and passwords
  • page content
  • your customers data
  • database contents

What we store.

We keep history for as long as the plan provides: seven days on the free plan, six months on Start and Business, a year on Enterprise.

  • the website address and the results of its checks
  • company details for the contract and invoice, taken from the Polish business register
  • email addresses and phone numbers of the people who should receive notifications
  • the history of events and work carried out

Deleting a website and its data.

You delete a website yourself from the panel. It goes to the bin for 30 days: monitoring falls silent, checks are paused and the history waits untouched, so a mistake is undone with one click.

If you do not want to wait, you delete it from the bin at once and for good. That path exists precisely so that a request to delete data can be carried out the same day.
