Monitoring that sends a notification for every twitch stops working within a week, because everyone stops reading it. So events carry weight, and notifications follow rules.
Email is included in every plan, with no limit.
From the Start plan you also get notifications in the phone app and in the browser, plus Telegram, Signal and Discord. They all wake your phone the same way and cost nothing per message. SMS is separate, because it is the one channel we pay for per message: it is included from the Business plan, and below that you add it as a pack. We send it only when a critical outage opens, and only to a number confirmed by code.
| Event | Channels |

| Outage | emailappSignalSMS |
| Critical error | emailappTelegram |
| Vulnerability | held until morning |
| Incident | held until morning |
Everyone on the team sets their own channels, separately for each website. An owner may want outages by SMS only, while a technical person wants everything by email.
Quiet hours hold back less important notifications until morning. A critical outage always gets through.
For each kind you set your own response time target, and the panel and the report show whether it was met.
You can hand an event to the person who looks after the website. They get a description of the problem and a link that runs a fresh check after the fix is deployed, without creating an account.
The task closes itself once the check passes.
The monthly report comes with the Start plan, the weekly one from Business, and on Enterprise we agree any cadence you need.
A document you hand to your board or your client, without writing summaries by hand.
The free technical review covers availability, the certificate, the domain, email, content and forms. It ends with a score and a list of tasks you can hand to your developer. No payment card and no commitment.
