Online stores

A shop that takes no orders still looks like a shop.

The home page opens, the categories load, and payment has been failing since yesterday evening. An hour of that in high season costs more than a year of care.

For shops we suggest Business, and Enterprise where an hour of downtime has a number on it.

The checkout path, not just the home page

You choose the addresses to be checked separately: the cart, sign-in, the order summary. On the Enterprise plan we walk through a purchase step by step on a test account, following a scenario agreed with you.

Categories and product pages

Content checks catch missing descriptions, empty categories and 404s after a price list migration or a warehouse integration. Every finding carries the address it appeared on.

Inside the shop

The Sylius plugin reports the state of the job queue, the cache, email and scheduled tasks. A check from outside sees that the shop does not respond; the plugin shows why.

Code changes nobody ordered

A new script from an external server on the payment page is not an ordinary change. We compare the script inventory against the previous state and check how many pages it landed on at once.

Season and sales peaks

Before the season we agree critical hours and maintenance windows. A planned break does not reduce the availability budget, because it was planned. A failure during critical hours gets its own, shorter response target.
